It must be accompanied by a map drawn to a scale of 1:25,000 or larger (eg 1:10,000) and by copies of any documentary evidence which the applicant wishes to submit in support of the application. For a claim under s 53(3)(b), the evidence will be primarily, if not exclusively, evidence of use; for a claim under s 53(3)(c)(i) documentary evidence may also be relevant.
