As some may know, I have occasionally to deal with the Inland Revenue in my role as an employer. This afternoon, scanning their FAQs for the answer to my question ("what is your phone number?", since you ask), I came across this:

How do I complete a P14 if my employees earn more than £9,999,999.99?

You know, that had been bothering me all week, I'm glad I've found the answer now.
